5. Data Retention Periods

  • Data obtained for the purpose of concluding a contract is stored for the duration of the contract negotiations and until the end of the calendar year following the conclusion of the negotiations.

  • Data obtained in connection with the conclusion of a contract is processed for the limitation period of any claims arising from the contract.

  • Data obtained in connection with the recruitment process is deleted after the recruitment process is completed, unless you have given your voluntary consent for its use in future recruitment processes.

  • Your basic contact details for the direct marketing of our own products and services are stored until you object to the processing for this purpose, withdraw your marketing consent (if the processing is based on it), or we determine that they have become outdated.

You can request that the processing of your personal data be limited to storage only or to performing actions agreed with you, if you believe that we store incorrect data about you, or process it unjustifiably; or if you do not wish us to delete it because it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or for the period during which your objection to processing is being verified.

Marketing Objection: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right, we will cease processing your data for this purpose.
Objection based on Grounds relating to your particular situation: You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests for purposes other than direct marketing, as well as when the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority vested in us. h) You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, where processing is based on your consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
